I came home from a vacation last week, and I realized that I lost my keys to my condo. I requested for a locksmith and in no time, I was booked for an appointment.
When the guy came to my place, he was able to open my lock and he gave me a key too. He did the work quickly as well but he made sure that it was a quality job. He also gave me duplicates right then and there so I won’t have the same problem if I ever I would lose one of my keys again. I felt like he wasn’t just there just to get the job done. He went an extra mile to educate me about my options in making sure it does not happen again. I felt that I got the best treatment ever. There is really nothing else I could ask for. Even the price was fair, he did not overcharge me for all the extra things he did for my locks and keys.
I wish everybody else is like Universal Locksmith. It did not even reach an hour before I got inside my condo. It seemed like I only waited for a brief period of time and my problem was rectified right away. I will recommend them to everybody I know, so they will know the best people to call when the situation calls for it. I was an extremely satisfied customer, thank you Universal Locksmith.
