I was staying in an apartment with my roommate who eventually had to move out. So I also had to change my keys. I called Universal Locksmith and then they sent a guy to my door. It took a short period of time since I called before the guy arrived so I was pretty surprised at how fast he made it to my apartment.
The locksmith himself was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Changing my locks and giving me a new set of keys went on like a breeze as he was very efficient. If I were to recall, I think it only took about 20minutes for him to finish everything and to my surprise, the price was fair and reasonable. I used to be working as a customer service representative and I must say that the company excels in that specific aspect. He even managed to somehow initiate a little conversation while doing the work so I really felt comfortable and felt that the service was personalized. I have never been happy as a customer when it comes to all the locksmith services I have received.
If anybody needs a locksmith service provider in my area, I am really going to tell them not to waste time calling other companies, and will just recommend Universal Locksmith right away. Iād say they are really one in a million, the service was excellent and top of the line. The price was accurate and fair, it was a quality job done, and a fast and efficient service delivered. The guy and the company itself exceeded my expectations, and I do not think there is anybody else who can do it better than Universal Locksmith.
Now that they have earned my trust, it will just be Universal Locksmith moving forward for all my locksmith services needs, and no one else.
