There was a time when our front door and side doors locks were jammed, so we have tried calling a few places to get help, some of them do not offer services in my area, and some only offered a voicemail. As soon as the technician assigned to me arrived at my house, he immediately went to diagnose the problem and instead of letting us purchase new locks, had to just simply clean and repaired the existing locks on our side doors, and just had to replace the one in the front. It did not take him longer than an hour to figure out what was wrong. He got himself acquainted to the problem right away and had it solved. And I was very much impressed. Aside from the efficient and fast service, I would have to say he was honest and very professional too. We did not have to be charged for new locks because he was honest enough to tell us they could still get fixed, and we were charged very reasonable rate.
If I were to make a recommendation, I would say that Universal Locksmith should be your go-to place for all your locksmith needs in the future. No one else could do it better than them. They really know how to get things done the way you want them, and no job was ever too big or two small. My needs were handled very well, and I am one happy camper.
