I called Universal Locksmith to get my locks replaced both at work and at home. I just want to call one company so I dialed the number and requested for locksmiths for both locations. It was my daughter who was at home during that time and I was at work. On both situations, the locksmiths I have requested for arrived not too long after I called. In fact, they were 5 minutes earlier than expected.
The guy who worked in my office quickly identified the problem and was able to carry out the necessary work in order to rectify the issue. I was checking at home and my daughter said that the job was done, and I was both surprised and amazed at the same time, at how fast and efficient the locksmiths from your company are. I was pleased with the assistance we have received. I do not know anything about locks but the guy went an extra mile to share some useful information. Aside from that, the charge was very reasonable for a service so great.
They have completed the two jobs and we were very happy. They even fixed and made sure that cleaned up before leaving. I am just glad I get to have this opportunity to explain and share the work they carried out.
