I was new to my area and did not know any locksmiths before I made a call to Universal Locksmith. At first, I just randomly chose a nearby provider and I was able to book an appointment during that phone conversation but the guy never showed up. So I had to resume my search and came across the contact information of Universal Locksmith. When I called, I felt lucky to have talked to a very cheerful, friendly and accommodating representative who also scheduled an appointment for me. To my delight, the technician made it to my place, and what’s even better was that he came ahead of the schedule.
I thought it was a blessing in disguise that the first technician did not show up. He wasted no time attending to my needs and was able to identify the problem immediately. He was able to make everything right and rectify the problems with our locks on all of our doors. He also had to make a key for one door with no lock and even provided numerous copies of the key. I appreciate all the help he has given because he made sure that it fits my needs.
I am most happy as a customer of Universal Locksmith and I with no hesitation, I will recommend the company to my friends, family and relatives. I greatly appreciate the entire service I received from the representative, to the technician, there is not a single thing I would complain about. Everything I want from a locksmith service is everything that Universal Locksmith offers.
And in the future, if ever I would need further locksmith service, I will certainly call them again, and I don’t think I can still trust any other providers except Universal Locksmith.
