I made a call to Universal Locksmith to have the locks changed on our new home and have window locks added to our windows. When I got to talk to a representative, I was amazed with how she was so polite and knowledgeable about what I wanted.They returned my call in no time and informed me that someone will be sent as soon as possible. I am amazed at how they have made me feel like a valued customer.
The technician then arrived a couple of minutes before the appointment scheduled and that means a lot to me. I am a very busy individual and I love how Universal Locksmith has shown me how my time is being valued by not wasting it. The technician was very friendly and trustworthy, and I can tell that he really knows what he was doing. He did his job the way I wanted it and he has even gone an extra mile by making sure he does not leave any debris behind after his work. It was really a pleasure dealing with him. He even took time to explain things to me, you know the things that could have gone wrong had my locks not been changed.
I am more than happy and satisfied with the way the work was performed. From the representative, to the technician, and of course, the company itself, I don’t think there would be anything else I’d be looking for. I like the overall professionalism and friendliness that I have received from Universal Locksmith and I would definitely highly recommend them to my neighbors, friends and family members.
