Oren was quite possibly the best locksmith I've ever come across, he knew exactly what to do with no hesitation. He's completely reliable and trustworthy in every way. He also has a sense of humor, which is great for a bad situation such as locking yourself out of your car. He also gave me a great deal on the pricing, and didn't try to scam me. I appreciate him greatly, and which there were more people like him.

Went today to Universal Locksmith to program a key for my car. Shopped around prices before selecting Universal and they were the best price I could find by far. Not only was the price great, but the service was amazing!!! This was after hours and the shop was closed but when I called, Shawn said he would meet me at the store and went and opened it for me. The service was great. I also asked him that I needed to change the battery for my other car key and he just did it as a courtesy. He was very professional and very honest. He was able to program my car key without any trouble. I highly recommend him. I will be coming back if I ever need a locksmith again.

Left my house key in a friend's house and needed a new one immediately so I borrowed my roommate's key so I could duplicate it. Tried to look for the nearest locksmith in I-Drive and I found Universal Locksmith. Awesome service! Just one call away and he'll respond quickly. Thanks for the wonderful service!

I just had an amazing experience with the customer service, professionalism and express timing of this company. I got home to find out I couldn't get in to my home with a broken key slot. I called and in less than 15 minutes he arrived. Five minutes later I was in my home and getting a new lock. I appreciate the service but I also appreciate the cost. It was more than reasonable for the time and expedited service and completely less than I expected since it's so late (10:30 pm). Thank you thank you. Will continue to spread the word for such a nice and profesional individual and company.
