I am an older citizen and there was a time last week when I needed help with a key that was jammed in a lock. It was very urgent because it was a bit late and I needed to get inside the house, as I was not feeling well. Then I called Universal Locksmith and the woman who answered on the other line was very pleasant and courteous. She immediately scheduled a locksmith for me and said that he would be in my place in 20 minutes, so I waited.
I don’t even think it reached 20 minutes because the guy came right at my place quickly. He was very courteous himself too, just like the woman I talked to on the phone. Then he started working on my jammed lock, and he was able to fix it faster than I thought he would. Excellent workmanship, I’d have to say. He knew what he was doing, he seemed very professional and knowledgeable. He even went an extra mile to give me helpful information about my replacement options. But he did not ask me to replace my locks because he already fixed it. And that means I didn’t have to spend a lot for that job. I think I was just given a fair and right price.
I really appreciated the attention and assistance I was given, considering the urgency of the situation. I was well taken care of as a customer and I couldn’t be more satisfied. It was an incredibly fast service I got, and I too, will go an extra mile to recommend these guys.
