I cannot recommend Universal Locksmith highly enough, the service was excellent because the technician came on time and worked efficiently. Even the woman whom I spoke with on the phone when I first made the call. All I needed was to get the second lock of my door fixed and I knew it was not something that I really needed urgently but the people at Universal Locksmith treated my concern as if it was an emergency situation. I told them I was not really in a hurry and they still wasted no time at all.
The man came to my house in less than 20 minutes and then I said it was pretty amazing for them to be so quick like that. He worked right away at the lock which needed the fixing and he got it rectified right away. He even did not ask me to get a replacement because he just fixed the problem. He shared some helpful instructions to help me avoid having the same problem moving forward, he was very friendly and professional too.
I was just very happy and really appreciate the service Universal Locksmith gave me. They treat their customer’s concern with urgency and I think that’s pretty great especially in emergency situations. Although mine was not really an emergency, it did not take a while before the job was completed. I think it took less than an hour from the time I called to get the issue fixed. I believe this is important in making your customers valued, by showing how you value their time and that is how I exactly felt.
